제목 Correlation of charge mobility with energetic disorder of host molecules in p-doped disordered organic semiconductors
초록 Correlation of charge mobility with energetic disorder of host molecules in p−doped disordered organic semiconductors (OSs) is reported. The charge transport of p−doped OSs was investigated with various OS systems possessing different charge generation efficiency and energetic disorder of hosts, and analyzed in Ohmic current region to exclude the effect of the injected carrier density on the charge mobility. The conductivity and hole density increased by sequence of charge generation efficiency. However hole mobility of p−doped OSs is almost same, indicating that large amount of doping-induced carriers are localized at the Coulomb trap site which is caused by negatively ionized p−dopants. However, the doping-concentration-dependent hole mobility has specific tendency as energetic disorder of hosts. This phenomenon is interpreted by calculating the effective density-of-states distribution of p−doped OSs and by measuring the activation energy of conductivity.
