제목 Control of ZnO nanorods array for efficient hybrid photovoltaic devices
초록 ZnO is an attractive material with low-cost and nontoxic property, chemical stability, and the ease of synthesizing nanostructure at low temperature by simple solution process. We have demonstrated organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells utilizing a solution-precessable polymer as an electron donor and ZnO nanorods array as an electron acceptor. Seeding by sol gel method and water-based growth procedure are used to synthesize ZnO nanorods. In this research, ZnO nanorods array is tuned by changing many variables related to synthesis mechanism and we investigate the effect of controlling ZnO nanorods array on the performance of hybrid photovoltaic devices.
