제목 | Sol-gel synthesis and thermochromic property Of transition metal-doped Vanadium dioxide powders. |
초록 | The most widely studied thermochromic material is VO2, which is characterized by a semiconductor-to-metal transition occurring from a reversible change in the crystalline structure as a function of the temperature. In this study, transition metal-doped vanadium dioxide particles were prepared by the sol-gel method and various transition metals, such as Ti, Zr, W, were used as dopants. Prepared samples were characterized using XRD, SEM, XPS. and UV-vis-NIR. Thermochromic properties were analyzed by UV-vis-NIR spectroscopy. The vis-NIR spectra revealed that some transition metal-doped VO2 particles have enhanced thermochromic properties, as compared with VO2. |
