제목 Near Infrared Absorption Characteristics of Various perovskite oxide-based composite films
초록 In recent years, UV-Visible and Near-IR wavelength cut-off characteristics of many kind of ceramic particles with various size extensively have been studied by the large number of researcher. A widely used material to perform purpose of heat-shielding effect is tin-doped indium oxide(ITO) and antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO). On the other hand, Molybdenum tri-oxide(MoO3) exhibits the transparent property in the Visible and Near-IR region. A metallic conductivity and strong Near-IR absorption can be induced when free electrons are introduced into crystals by either decreasing the oxygen content or by adding ternary elements. In this study, the three kinds of perovskite-types (Li0.33Mo1O3, Na0.33Mo1O3, Rb0.33Mo1O3) composite films were prepared by mixing Urethane acrylic/UV-coating binder and dispersed sol depending on the dipersed time and the properties of UV-Vis and Near-IR absorption spectra of their films were investigated by UV-VIS, NIR and PSA spectrometer.
