제목 Multilayered scaffolds by sequential electrospinning of microfibrous PLGA and micro-, nano fibrous PLGA/Col/nHA   
초록 Electrospinning is the widely known technique for the fabrication of nanofibrous scaffolds. PLGA is polyester having biocompatible properties. Collagen is a protein most abundant in the body. Furthermore hydroxyapatite(nHA) has similar structure and composition to natural bone. In this study, dual electrospinning system was employed to fabricate the hybrid microfibrous scaffolds of PLGA and nanofibrous Col/nHA-g. We characterized the electrospun scaffold with various spectroscopic techniques such as TEM, SEM, FTIR and XPS. The results suggested that the PLGA/Col/nHA-g composite scaffolds were successfully fabricated. Proliferation and differenciation have been evaluated using MTT, Alizarin red and Von Kossa assay. PLGA/Col/nHA-g scaffold was found to be more bioactive in comparison to the pristine PLGA scaffolds and PLGA/Col scaffolds.
