Studies on the blends of methyl methacrylate, and ethyl acrylate based random ionomers with aliphatic dibasic organic salt additives |
| 초록 |
The dynamic mechanical properties of poly(methyl methacrylate-co-methacrylate) and poly(ethyl acrylate-co-methacrylate) ionomers containing aliphatic dibasic organic salts were studied. The addition of salts led to a significant decrease in the matrix glass transition temperature, while a slight change was observed in the cluster glass transition temperatures and ionic modulus. Thus, it was concluded that the salt additives acted mainly as non-polar plasticizers. These results will be compared with those of the poly(ethyl acrylate-co-methacrylate) ionomer system. |
