제목 Enhanced performance in organic photovoltaics by introducing alcohol/water soluble discotic liquid crystal as an interlayer
초록 Organic photovoltaics(OPVs) have been regarded as important source of energy because of their low cost and simple fabrication process. However, OPVs were suffered from low charge mobility of organic materials. The performance of OPVs can be enhanced by introducing interlayer between active layer and electrode. In this study, alcohol/water soluble discotic liquid crystal(DLC) was introduced as an interlayer material. OPV devices were fabricated with and without DLC via solution process. As a result, performances of OPV device were enhanced in the device fabricated with DLC.
