제목 Epitaxially Oriented TiO2 Nanofibers by electrospinning
초록 Epitaxially grown titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanofibers containing single crystalline TiO2 nanofibers with anatase structure were fabricated by electrospinning poly(vinylpyrrolidone)/ethanol solutions mixed with hydrothermally synthesized titanium dioxide nanowires and titanium (Ⅳ) isopropoxide precursor. Morphology of oriented TiO2 nanofibers were investigated by utilizing Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope(HR-TEM). Structure and orientation of the epitaxially grown TiO2 single crystalline nanofibers were also identified by the combined techniques of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and selected area electron diffraction(SAED) simultaneously. Furthermore, UV-Vis spectroscopic result indicated that the absorption band was red shifted due to the quantum size effect and improved crystallinity.
