제목 Electrochemical Layer-by-Layer Assembly of Graphene/PEDOT films for Supercapacitor electrode
초록 Layer-by-Layer films comprised of alternating graphene and PEDOT layers are fabricated by electrochemical procedure. Graphite is doped by nitric acid to introduce positive charges on its surface. P-doped graphene is confirmed by Raman spectroscopy. Graphene electrolyte used for fabrication of graphene layers is produced by dispersion of the P-doped expanded graphite into organic solvent under ultrasonication. Through electrostatic interaction, the PEDOT and positively charged graphenes assembled together to form LbL. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) is used to demonstrate the structure of P-doped graphene/PEDOT LbL. The electrochemical properties of LbL films were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge/discharge test.
