제목 Non-volatile Organic Memory Devices Based On A Conjugated Copolymer
초록 We have been demonstrating electrical bistable devices based on a conjugated organic thin film. The copolymers which have covalently bonded electron donors and acceptors can let the thin film shows bistability which is the most essential characteristic for the organic memory devices. In this study, we synthesized the copolymers which have the phenothiazine group and cyano group as electron donors and electron acceptors, respectively. A 50 nm-thick bottom and top Al electrodes were formed by thermal evaporation. The active layer of organic memory device consisted of a 1.2 wt% of copolymer in o-dichlorobenzene. The device had ON/OFF ratio over 103 and showed two different conductance states and there was no significant degradation of devices in both the OFF and ON states for 10,000sec of continuous bias at 2 V.
