제목 Preparation and Characterization of Networked Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube/PVDF Composite Films
초록 In this study, poly(vinylidene fluoride) PVDF/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT)s composite films were prepared using precipitation-dissolution method. Prior to preparation of the films, MWNTs were homogeneously dispersed into water with aid of the anionic surfactant and ultrasonic treatment. For comparison, non-wrapped MWNT was also obtained through only sonication. Each MWNT aqueous solution was dropwise added to a homogeneous PVDF solution to experience precipitation-dissolution process. After evaporation of solvent, it is found that MWNTs wrapped with surfactant was randomly distributed into polymer matrix without the formation of noticeable aggregates. In contrast, all composite films with untreated MWNTs reveal that the distribution of MWNT is not uniform, as evidenced by the formation of segregated MWNT bundles.
