제목 Alkoxyphenylthiophene Linked Beznodithiophene Based Low Bandgap Polymers For Organic Photovoltaic Cells.
초록 A series of donor-acceptor (D-A) low band gap (LBG) polymers, P1-P4 containing alkoxyphenylthiophene (APTh) linked benzodithiophene (BDT) as an electron rich and [5,6-bis(octyloxy)-4,7-di(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole]] (OBT) as an electron deficient units have been synthesized via Stille polymerization and utilized for bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cells (PSCs). We studied the influence of nature and position of alkoxy groups in the APTh of BDT on the optoelectronic and photovoltaic properties. A significant difference was observed in optoelectronic properties by varying side chain nature and position. P2 showed the maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 5.26% under the illumination of AM 1.5G (100 mW/cm2).
