Silk fibroin (SF) and poly urethane (PU) are used in tissue engineering scaffolds because of its cytophilic, nontoxic, nonimmune properties. Bio based high elastic PUs were prepared from hexamethylene diioscyanate, isosorbide and PCL diol via simple polymerization without a catalyst. SF/PU scaffold films have been fabricated by using the film casting process. To establish the scaffold manufacturing condition for SF/PU, made scaffolds with various compositions of SF/PU and used various fabricating methode. The SF/PU scaffold films were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and investigating on mechanical properties. Degradation tests performed at 37 oC in phosphate buffer solution. |
