Preparation and characterization of transparent hydrophilic organic-inorganic hybrid coating films |

Transparent hydrophilic coatings are of great interest for many applications, including solar panels, windshields and displays or lenses to be used in humid environments. tio2 exhibit durable super-hydrophilic and photocatalytic properties. The coating solution was prepared with a silane coupling agent on the tio2 sol, and inorganic filler was added to improve hardness characteristics. the sols were coated and cured on polymer films to investigate the optical and mechanical properties. |
