Chemical sensor with novel sensing layer structure based on a graphene oxide derivative composite |
초록 |
Chemical sensors based on organic thin film transistor devices (OFETs) have attracted much attention for many advantages including easy fabrication, low cost, high sensitivity, and mechanical flexibility. Above all, OFET parameters such as on current, threshold voltage and mobility can extracted with one I-V sweep and provide multi information about chemical response. In this research, we suggest that novel chemical sensor structure which is constructed with oleylamine modified graphene oxide (OA-GO) and F8T2 composite as active material. OA-GO was synthesized by substitution reaction and characterized by FTIR spectra. The measurements of the ID-VG characteristics were carried out in acetone and ethanol environments. |
