Many types of organic based electronic and optoelectronic devices such as light-emitting diodes, thin-film transistor, complemnetary inverter and non-volatile memory device have been demostrated, and some of them have been commercialized. In this presentation, we propose a simple solution process for the formation of active layer of low-voltage oprerational opto-electronic devices and the performance has been evaluated in diverse measurement conditions. The devices discussed here include organic field-effect transistor and phototransistor and organic complementary inverters. In addition, non-volatile organic memory devices will be slightly discussed. |
