제목 Synthesis of new organic semiconductor materials
초록 Organic semiconductors have a large number of advantages over traditional inorganic materials, and OPV are pull due to the low manufacturing cost, simple fabrication process, and the potential for application in flexible devices. One of the most believable access to the synthesis of highly efficient conjugated semiconductors is ready of polymers with reduced backbone twist, which provide a superior charge transport capability, and contain large pconjugated aromatic systems or building blocks that increase the quinoid character of the polymers It was observed that the ordering of the polymer chain with a proper direction, extending the absorption range and enhancing the heterojunction area all contributed to the superior solar cell performance
