New type of carbon with well define nanostructure can be candidate for energy storage materials. In this research, we fabricate the N-doping carbon double shell using dopamine and silica/titania hollow double shell nanoparticles. Silica/titania double shell nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method and PVP adsorption, followed by polydopamine coating. After carbonization and etching process, N-doping carbon double shell nanoparticles were fabricated. With increasing shell, the BET surface area was increased. These nanoparticles were used to enhance the electrochemical properties as electrode for supercapacitor. |
