제목 The morphologystudyof conjugated polymers with two different substituted groups in various solvents
초록 Transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy are used to study the changes in morphology of composite films of electron donating materials, PBTDN and PBTADN, and a methanofullerene derivative (PC71BM) in bulk heterojunction solar cells. Various solvents were used for the controlled morphology and stabilize a nanoscale interpenetrating network with crystalline order for both components. A donor material with cyano group forms smaller domain within exciton diffusion length with PC71BM. We report the improved morphology of active layers with various solvents, and a donor material with cyano group explained the considerable increase of the power conversion efficiency observed in these devices.
