The morphologystudyof conjugated polymers with two different substituted groups in various solvents |
초록 |
Transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy are used to study the changes in morphology of composite films of electron donating materials, PBTDN and PBTADN, and a methanofullerene derivative (PC71BM) in bulk heterojunction solar cells. Various solvents were used for the controlled morphology and stabilize a nanoscale interpenetrating network with crystalline order for both components. A donor material with cyano group forms smaller domain within exciton diffusion length with PC71BM. We report the improved morphology of active layers with various solvents, and a donor material with cyano group explained the considerable increase of the power conversion efficiency observed in these devices. |
