제목 Mesoporous polymer cubosomes created by self-assembly of dendritic-linear block  copolymers.
초록 We report the solution self-assembly of amphiphilic dendritic-linear block copolymers into polymer cubosomes. The formation of colloidal bicontinuous cubic mesophase was induced by the highly curved bilayer in solution caused from bulky dendritic poly(ethylene glycol) hydrophilic block. We confirmed different geometry of pheripheral PEG chains exhibit different mesoporous structures. The internal networks of water channels provide high surface area and desired lattices. Moreover, we introduced surface functional groups on polymer cubosomes via co-assembly with end-functionalized linear block copolymers which serve as anchoring points for large external guests such as proteins and enzymes.
