제목 Optimization of the cartilaginous tissue formation using human adipose tissue-derived stromal cells and PLCL/Hydrogel scaffolds
초록 Human adipose tissue-derived stromal cells (hADSCs) have been studied widely as one of the alternative cell sources in tissue engineering because it is known that they would possess the potentials for multi-lineage differentiations. In our previous studies, it was confirmed that hADSCs would be differentiated to chondrogenic lineage by the micromass culture and the 3-dimensional microenvironments using hydrogel would be beneficial to the formation of cartilaginous tissues. The purpose of this study is to find the optimal conditions of gel concentration and differentiation period for cartilaginous formation using hADSCs and the hybridized scaffold with hydrogels and Poly(lactide-co-caprolacton) (PLCL) scaffolds. This study was performed histological and molecular biological analyses for confirming cartilaginous tissue formation. From the results, the conditions of gel concentration and differentiation period for cartilaginous tissue formation could be optimized.
