Effect of Triphenyl Phosphine on Mechanical, Thermal and Morphological Properties of Waste Polypropylene/WGRT Composites Prepared by a Twin Screw Extruder |
초록 |
Waste ground rubber tire(WGRT) powders were devulcanizated using triphenyl phosphine(TPP) as a devulcanization agent. Waste polypropylene/WGRT composites with different TPP contents were prepared by a modular co-rotating twin screw extruder. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were carried out to determine thermal properties of waste polypropylene/WGRT composites. Mechanical properties of waste polypropylene/WGRT composites were measured by universal test machine (UTM) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) study was used for the morphology of composites and dispersion of WGRT powders in the composites. |
