제목 Synthesis of Cd and non-Cd based quantum dots by continuous  micro-reactor method
초록 Many researches on quantum dots (QDs) have been made over decades due to its unique physical and chemical properties such as wide band gap and optical characteristics. QDs were usually synthesized by solvethermal, hot-injection and hydrothermal. Among those, continuous micro-reactor method were frequently used due to its easy-control thermal transfer and mass production. In this study, capillary micro-reactor was used to synthesize Cd, Non-Cd based QDs and experimental conditions such as precursor concentration, flow rate and temperature were investigated on optical properties by changing the parameters. X-ray diffractometer, UV-vis spectroscopy, Photoluminescence (PL), TEM and UV irradiation analysis were performed to characterize the synthesized QDs.
