Polymeric Drug of Biotin PEGLMWSC Methotrexate for targeted Drug Delivery System |

The Biotin-PEG-LMWSC-MTX (BPLMMTX) were synthesized by reaction of LMWSC-MTX (LMMTX) and Biotin-Metoxy Poly(Ethylene glycol)(Biotin-PEG). The structure was prepared by ion complex with BPLMMTX for Target Moiety polymer drug delivery system. The structure was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR, Shimadzu, Japan), and ¹H Nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H-NMR, AVANCE 400MHz, Bruker), Particle formation was confirmed to become by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM, JEOL JEM-2000 FX-II), Electrophoretic LS spectrophotometer (ELS-8000, Otsuka Electronics Inc. Japan). |
