Made using only one kind of polymer ion exchange membrane has a high ionic conductivity even in the case of the weak point exists on the physical properties. In order to supplement for this, we use blending, while having high ionic conductivity properties to improve the polymer ion exchange membrane was manufactured. PVA polymer to the hydrophilic properties of the blend membranes were prepared in SEBS. Blend membrane was crosslinked by a crosslinking agent to improve the physical properties.
