제목 Fabrication of the plasmonic dimple structure from theself-assembled liquid crystal
초록 Surface plasmons (SPs) have been markedly interested in many fields of study due to their valuable properties. One of the main issues about the plasmonic study is to obtain the characteristic and well-established micro- or nano-metallic structures with efficient and reproducible manner. Here, we demonstrate the plasmonic template from self-assembled liquid crystal (LC) defect array, so called toric foacl conic domain (TFCD). The first and second replica mold by using NOA and PDMS was prepared from the original TFCD array and thin gold layer was deposited on the polymer replica molds. The gold layer coated dimple array shows highly field enhancement and enhanced fluorescence observation with quantum dot and FDTD simulation was performed to prove the plasmonic property.
