제목 Biodegradable Agar Dielectrics in Organic Field-Effect Transistors
초록 Organic materials for electronic devices are studied in recent years. In organic materials, biomaterials are got attention in these days. Biomaterial has all advantage as organic materials and has more advantage than other organic materials. In this study, we use biomaterial, agar as gate dielectric for electronic devices. Agar is polysaccharide in red algae. It can be melted water and we can get good dielectric film by simple method like spin coating and annealing. We make metal-insulator-metal device and check performance of agar as dielectric. And we make organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) using agar as dielectric, pentacene as semiconductor for p-type transistor and PTCDI-C13 as semiconductor for n-type transistor. Lastly we make CMOS inverter using both semiconductor pentacene and PTCDI-C13
