제목 Effect of Compatibilizer and Graphene on Mechanical Properties of Recycled-PP and PE Mixtures in Different Proportions
초록 About 400 million tons of plastic are produced annually, and the plastic production growth rate is higher than any other material. The amount of waste plastic generated has exceeded the waste disposal capacity, and environmental pollution has become serious. Most waste plastic mixutres composed PP, PE, PVC, etc. In general, waste plastics are more difficult to recycle. In addition, the physical properties are relatively low. Therefore, it is possible to increase the recycling rate of waste plastics by using compatibilizers and graphene. In this study, the various ratio of recycled polypropylene (rPP) and recycled polyethylene (rPE) was applied, and enhanced mechanical properties were tested using a maleic anhydride based compatibilizers and graphene. By the specific peak of PP and PE on FT-IR, we determination coupling amount to waste plastic mixtures.
