제목 Photo-stabilization and Controlled-release of Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) by UV-curable Starch Derivative and Its Fibroblast Promotion Effect
초록 UV-curable starch derivative (Az-starch) was prepared by incorporation of an azidophenyl group to carboxymethyl starch. Its structure was characterized by FT-IR and UV spectroscopy. Protein immobilization capability of Az-starch was confirmed using micopatterning and immobilized protein was stably retained on the surface. Curing ratio test of Az-starch was conducted according to irradiation time and concentration of Az-starch. Consequently, release profile of immobilized EGF could be controlled. Also, Az-starch had no cytotoxicity and released EGF promoted cellular proliferaion in vitro. From these results, it is considered that Az-starch as biomaterial would be useful for medical application.
