제목 Direct preparation of Quasi-2D graphene from pitch-based carbon fibers through solvent exfoliation
초록 Carbon nanomaterials have been received great research interests because of their unique properties such as thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and mechanical strength. In this study, quasi-2D graphene was prepared from sonication of pitch-based carbon fiber (p-CF) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). Prepared quasi-2D graphene showed low sheet resistance less than 1.2X104 ohm/sq and revealed lateral dimension of hundred nanometers with low thickness less than 3 nm. As a result, Quasi-2D graphene made form pitch-based carbon fiber can be excellent graphene analogue with promising electrical performance.
