제목 Effect of Oligosiloxane on Rheological Properties of Acrylic PSA
초록 Acrylic polymers are good candidates for a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) because acrylic polymers have low cost, nontoxicity and excellent transparency. Despite the many advantages, acrylic PSA is limited in application because of thermal instability and low mechanical properties. In this study, we synthesized branch and linear type oligosiloxanes by sol-gel reaction. The oligosiloxanes are organic-inorganic hybrid material having thermal stability and good optical properties. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR) and FT-IR was used to confirm the chemical reaction of hybrid materials. Thermal stability of oligosilxoane characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The rheological properties of acrylic PSA using oligosiloxane as additive analyzed rheometer.
