제목 |
“Evaluation of the effects of incorporated pyrazine on the inter-chain packing and photovoltaic properties of the wide band gap D-A polymers for use in non-fullerene solar cells” |
초록 |
Fine control of the chemical structure of the conjugated polymer backbone is necessary to optimize their performances in the organic solar cell devices. Herein, we synthesized two new polymers P1 and P2 having alternate benzodithiophene donor unit and pyrazine acceptor unit with different side chains to elucidate the effect of pyrazine on OSCs. These polymers featured wide bandgap over 1.95 eV and low lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels. Moreover, absorption and energy levels of these two polymers matched well with low bandgap non-fullerene (NF) acceptor ITIC, resulting in a complementary absorption ranging from 300-800 nm. The NF solar cells devices of P1 and P2 blended with ITIC acceptor delivered power conversion efficiency of 7.6% and 8.1%, respectively indicating their promising potentials for efficient NFOSCs. |
