제목 Synthesis of graphene based on organic-precursors and its potentiality
초록 Controlling the properties of graphene is very important and attractive issue in graphene research. As we know the graphene get from natural graphite or artificially synthesized it and the latter case is easier than former which is manipulating the properties of graphene, relatively. Based on this motivation, this presentation will give the research trend on the synthesis of graphene based on organic-precursors such as hydrocarbon gas, organic liquid and polymer-solid, first. As a next, our group result will introduce about the synthesis of graphene based on organic-precursors. We have investigated the synthesis conditions of pristine and doped graphene using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method with various organic precursors, such as methane(CH4), liquid petroleum gas(LPG), pyridine(C5H5N), and so on. We have successfully grown the graphene and doped graphene under very short growth time. It has shown 10 times faster than typical growth condition using CVD with methane, previously.
