제목 | Realization of hyperlens imaging platform for high-throughput super-resolution imaging |
초록 | Super-resolution imaging technique has brought much interest as a great imaging tool [1]. Super-resolution technique overcome the diffraction limit of conventional imaging system. Thanks to the progress in metamaterials, it is able to resolve objects beyond the diffraction limit [2-5]. Especially, hyperlens research results have been achieved to resolve features down to sub-diffraction limit in visible range [6]. But it still have difficulty to the use of hyperlenses in practical applications. Here, we propose a wafer-scale imaging device consisting of hyperlenses using nano-imprint method. Also, we show the experimental result of super-resolution imaging on hyperlenses by combining to conventional microscopy system for imaging biomolecules with resolution down to 150 nm. [1] Light Sci.
