| 제목 | Biomimetic Cellulose nanofiber/Clay/Polydopamine Nanocomposite with Improved Mechanical Properties |
| 초록 | Nacre is a natural nanostructure composed of 95% inorganic and 5% organic binder, showing excellent mechanical properties. We fabricated a nacre-mimicking layered nanostructures, so-called “brick-and-mortar” structure, using montmorillonite (MMT), cellulose nanofiber (CNF), and polydopamine (PDA). MMT with a two-dimensional structure is used as a “brick”, and one-dimensional CNF is used as a “mortar”. Based on the biomimetic nanostructure, the nanocomposites show multi-functionalities. |
