제목 Multiscale Analysis on Fabricating Magnetically Programmable Micro-particles
초록 Functional microparticles have been investigated for applications in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and lab-on-a-chip devices, and drug-delivery systems. Herein, we present one-step facile fabrication method for highly uniform microparticles which are anisotropic shape and can be functionally programmed. Based on templating and molding method, we fabricated various scale of micropillars with four-different modulus of materials. In addition, we analyzed the efficiency of harvesting each micropillar having different scale and modulus. We proceed to demonstrate the molding and harvesting technique can be applied to fabrication of various scale of functional microparticles by producing magnetic microparticles.
