Sensitive synthetic 5'UTRs for fine-tunable expression in optimum pathway synthesis |
초록 |
“Metabolic Engineering” aims the purposeful redesign of the biological systems and requires the accurate information of the cellular metabolic networks and proper tools for the reconstruction of the biological systems such as the regulatory elements and engineered proteins. Precise control of the expression level is obviously essential for designing the optimized pathways but proper molecular elements to control the expression level is not available at the moment. This presentation will cover the efforts to develop synthetic UTRs to control the expression level precisely and the potentials for the application to the production of biofuels and commodity chemicals including butanol, hydrogen, and amino acid. |
