Fe-containing mesoporous thin films were directly synthesized through simple soft templating routes by using ferric nitrate nonahydrate as an Iron precursor, triblock copolymer poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly-(propylene glycol)-block-poly (ethylene glycol) (Pluronic P123,molecular weight 5800, EO20PO70EO20) as a template agent and tetraethyl orthosilicate(Merck) as silicate source. For making Fe-contained mesoporous thin films by simple spin coating, we controlled a reaction time of hydrolysis of silica source by adjusting temperature of a solution. We characterize the structure of mesoporous thin films with TEM, SEM, XRD and BET. The film was calcined at 540℃ for removing organic materials. And we growth carbon materials on the ordered iron oxides films prepared by mesoporous template. |
