Preparation of conductive carbon films from iodinated poly(vinyl alcohol) films |
| 초록 |
Conductive carbon films were prepared from poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) films by carbonization in this study. For this, PVA films spin-coated on a substrate were iodinated, and subsequently stabilized in a furnace in air at 300 oC for 1 h. Then, the stabilized PVA films were carbonized in a tube furnace at 1000 oC under inert atmosphere. The final carbonized films were characterized by using FT-IR spectrometer, UV-vis spectrophotometer, and 4-pont probe conductivity meter. |
