Organic photovoltaics(OPVs) have been regarded as important source of energy due to advantage of flexibility and ease of fabrication. However, the performance of OPVs was limited by low and unbalance charge carrier mobility of organic materials. The performance can be enhanced by introducing interlayer between active layer and electrode. In this study, solution-processable inorganic material was introduced as an interlayer. OPV devices were fabricated with and without inorganic interlayer via solution process. As a result, performances of OPV device were enhanced in the device fabricated with inorganic interlayer. |
