제목 Halide-based additives assisted performance of perovskite solar cells
초록 Perovskite has the structure of ABX3, where A is an organic/inorganic cation, B is a metal cation, and X is a halide ion. Many studies have been studied perovsktie solar cells (PSCs) using lead as a metal ion. However, lead is a heavy metal material and is a barrier to the commercialization of PSCs. Therefore, we studied lead-free perovskite and used additives to improve the power conversion efficiency of PSCs. We added imidazolium iodide and n-butylammonium iodide to strengthen the perovskite A site cation. The perovskite film was coated with an anti-solvent treatment during spin coating to adjust the rate of crystal properties of the perovskite. The characteristics of the perovskite film according to the concentration of the additives were confirmed through field emission scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, UV-visible curves, and the current density-voltage curves of the PSCs using additives were confirmed. In this presentation, we will discuss the effect of additive in lead-free PSCs in detail.
