제목 Study on the change of physical properties with addition of refractory casting materials for the production of moldings
초록 Currently, organic binders are mainly used to make casting mold products, which is harmful to the working environment and workers' health due to the carcinogenic substances and harmful gas generated during casting. In order to overcome these problems, interest in inorganic binders which do not generate harmful gas has been greatly increased.  
Refractories were added to further improve the advantages of inorganic glass based water-based binders, which are mainly used in the production of moldings. The addition of refractory casting materials is known to be effective not only in increasing the heat resistance, but also in increasing the breaking strength and the moisture resistance and suppressing the fluidity of the molding material. However, since the change of physical properties due to the addition of the refractory mold material has not been quantified so far, it is difficult to apply directly to the workplace. Therefore, this study quantifies the properties of breaking strength, moisture resistance, air permeability and fluidity with the addition of refractory casting materials.
