Research on synthesis and characterization of poly(fluorene-co-benzothiadiazole) and doped TiO2/WO3 for polymer light emitting diodes(PLEDs) |
초록 |
We have achieved an enhancement of the luminance, external quantum efficiency in polymer light-emitting diode (PLED) as water soluble polymer layer between the emitting polymer, SPG 020 and the cathode metal. PLEDs were coated poly(fluorene-co-benzothiadiazole) and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) + TiO2/WO3 as the role of electron transport and hole blocking material. Contained PEO structure was better than without PEO structure. Also, PEO + TiO2/WO3 structure showed better efficiency than without that. |
