제목 | N-functionalization of pentaazapropellane |
초록 | Explosive performances of energetic materials are influenced by their molecular structure, heats of formation, and the N/O/C balance in the molecules. Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (HNIW) is one of the most powerful high explosives in commercially available known to date. Azapropellanes with a high N/O content are rather strained but easier to synthesize. Some nitroazapropellanes with the N-NO2 groups have been calculated to release higher detonation power than well-known RDX or HMX. We have recently published the synthesis of several novel pentaaza[3.3.3]propellanes and their N-nitro derivatives. In this presentation, we will report the N-functionalization study of some pentaaza[3.3.3]propellanes and their characterization results. |
