제목 TiO2 nanotube arrays integrated with graphene quantum dots for CO2 to CH4 photocatalytic conversion
초록 Due to their high surfacearea, 1-D vectorial charge transfer, and low photogenerated charge recombination,TiO2 nanotube arrays (TNT) are a promising photocatalytic materialarchitecture. As a result, the TiO2 band gap (3.2 eV) confines lightabsorption to the UV portion of the solar spectrum. Graphene is known to absorbvisible light and increase charge transfer effectively. An electrodepositedgraphene quantum dot photocatalyst made of TNTs is presented here (GQDs). For theoptimal photocatalytic performance of nanostructured graphene-TNT films(G-TNT), GQD electrodeposition time is adjusted. The 13CO2isotopic test confirms that ideal G-TNT materials promote a CO2 toCH4 photocatalytic conversion rate of 1.98 ppm/cm2 .h1.
