제목 | Interface Engineering from Alkyl Functionalized Graphene Quantum dots for Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells |
초록 | Organic halide perovskite has emerged as an attractive material for use in optoelectronic devices due to its excellent extinction coefficient and low exciton binding energy. However, when perovskite is applied to the device, the presence of defects and grain boundaries caused trap states, which cause charge recombination at the interface, which degrades device performance. Here, we report on inserting graphene quantum dots (GQDs) as an interlayer material between the perovskite and the charge transport layer. GQDs have high electrical conductivity and can control their physical and chemical properties through functional group control. As a result, we confirmed the improved charge extraction efficiency and trap passivation by using the optimized alkyl chain functional group of GQD as an intermediate layer between the perovskite and the charge transport layer. |
