제목 Synthesis and Photovoltaic properties of copolymers based on 2-[2,7-Bis-(5-bromo-3-hexyl-thiophen-2-yl)-fluoren-9-ylidene]-malononitrile and 10-hexyl-phenothiazine or 9,9-dihexylfluorene
초록 In order to improve incident to photon conversion efficiency (IPCE) of photovoltaic devices (PVDs), the materials should have low band gap energy less than 1.8 eV. High Voc is also critical parameter for improving PV efficiency. To make the -conjugated polymers showing wide absorption range and high Voc, we introduce 2,7-Bis-(3-hexyl-thiophen-2-yl)-fluoren-9-one and 2-[2,7-Bis-(3-hexyl -thiophen-2-yl)-fluoren-9-ylidene]-malononitrile, which are known as very strong electron acceptors. We synthesize new copolymers based on 2-[2,7-Bis-(5-bromo-3-hexyl-thiophen-2-yl)-fluoren-9-yl idene]-malononitrile (or 2,7-Bis-(5-bromo-3-hexyl-thiophen-2-yl)-fluoren-9-yl)-fluoren-9-one) and derivatives of Phenothiazine and Fluorene by the suzuki coupling reaction to get wide absorption range and high Voc. In this presentation, we will report synthesis, optical, and electrochemical properties of new copolymers. Also, the PV properties based on blend of new copolymers and PCBM will be discussed.
