제목 고감도 압전 엘라스토머 콜로이드 소자 개발
초록 This study introduces a robust and straightforward approach for fabrication of novel colloidal pressure sensors. For this, uniform polyurethane elastomer microparticles having different deformability were produced by using drop-based microfluidics and consecutive photopolymerization. Then, the particles were evenly coated with carbon nanotubes by using the layer-by-layer deposition. Finally, we have experimentally demonstrated that our conducting elastomer microparticles can be used for precision pressure sensing with excellent sensitivity and repeatability.
