Conductivity of diselenide polymer dot-coated surface for real-time wireless detection with ROS-sensitive response of cancer cells |
초록 |
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) reactive substances for the selective and sensitive electrochemical detection of cancer cells have been studied in normal and tumor cells. We developed a real-time electrochemical sensor capable of selective tumor diagnosis based on diselenide polymer dot nanoparticles coated on a substrate. The ROS-responsive sensor adjusts the particles on the coated surface to a smaller-sized sheet-like shape due to cleavage of the diselenide bond and formation of -Se-OH/-Se-OOH. It can be selectively detected in the environment.
