제목 | A Complement Mimic System of a Light-driven Dual-cancer Therapeutic Cassette for Enhanced Solid Tumour Regression |
초록 | A cancer is a devastigating and infectious disease which can not be surrendered by a number of anticancer therapeutics[1]. Nonetheless, new rational design strategies of cancer-killing have been developed in consecutive demand. In particular, bioinspiration learning from nature have proposed an interesting and novel design plan of the target drugs against cancers. Inspired by such creative idea, we here demonstrated a pseudo-complement mimicking preferential dual anti-cancer therapeutic cassette against solid cancers. It was proven to load higher drug amounts efficiently, tune a drug-release and possess intrinsic serum stability. Both DOX chemotherapy and thermal ablation synergistically exerted a powerful killing effect and regressed prostate cancer in both in vitro and in vivo. Such new pseudo-complement drugs may effectively blow out solid cancers without a huge concern of cancer biological barriers. [1] Kummar, S. et al.
